Banyan Tree Management's real estate focus is in acquiring and managing income properties for individual investors looking for risk mitigation through conservative real estate investments. We focus on triple net properties but we are opportunistic buyers and will consider unique situations.

Our concentration is single tenant property acquisition and management in primary and secondary markets. We look for special situations, value add opportunities, and occasional land and development projects. Our primary markets are the West Coast, the South, and the Southeast.
